UET-NET is built and run by one person. That shapes what we can promise here, so what follows is what actually happens rather than what reads well.
Email is the whole support channel. There is no live chat, because a chat window nobody is sitting behind is worse than an inbox that answers honestly.
If a payment went through and your access did not, say so in the subject line and include the transaction reference. That one goes to the front of the queue — money moving without the thing it bought is the failure we most want to hear about immediately.
That is usually the product working. Every figure here comes from a named public source — NASA, EIA, FRED, USDA, GDELT, Zillow, Yahoo — and when a feed is unavailable we show the absence instead of estimating over it. An empty cell, a dash, or “no data” means the source did not answer, not that the page broke.
Figures carry a provenance tag — MEASURED, ESTIMATED, MODELED or UNAVAILABLE — so you can always tell which you are looking at. If something is tagged wrongly, that is a real bug and worth an email. To check whether a source is answering right now, see the feed status page.
Every dated call we publish is scored in public, misses included, at The Record and the scorecard. The accuracy formula is shown inline so the number can be recomputed from the rows beneath it. If your arithmetic disagrees with ours, we want to know.
We cannot tell you what to buy, sell or hold. This is published research of general circulation, not individualised investment advice, and it accounts for nothing about your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
We also will never ask for a wallet seed phrase, private key or password. Nobody here needs them, and any message requesting them is not from us.
