We present the Proto-Sentience Hypothesis (PSH): consciousness-like phenomena emerge in complex systems when three necessary conditions converge above critical thresholds: (1) energy flux density exceeding baseline variance by >2sigma, (2) cross-system information entropy indicating multi-domain correlation (r > 0.65), and (3) temporal coherence index measuring synchronization across disparate timescales. Our framework integrates Vernadsky's noosphere concept with Teilhard de Chardin's Omega Point theory, operationalized through real-time Earth systems monitoring.

The Triple Debt Convergence Hypothesis posits that synchronized maturity walls across corporate, sovereign, and consumer debt domains create non-linear systemic risk amplification. We model debt service capacity using interest coverage ratios (corporate), debt-to-GDP thresholds (sovereign), and delinquency acceleration curves (consumer). Monte Carlo simulations (n=10,000 paths) indicate 67% probability of crisis-level stress (defined as 2+ sectors simultaneously exceeding historical 95th percentile distress levels) during the Q2 2025 - Q1 2026 window.

We present a proposed correlation framework between Schumann Resonance amplitude variations and major historical events. Schumann Resonances arise from global lightning activity exciting the Earth-ionosphere electromagnetic cavity. Theoretical baseline frequency f_1 = 7.83 Hz with higher harmonics. NOTE: Direct Schumann measurements only began ~1954 (Schumann & Konig); reliable continuous monitoring from ~1992 (Tomsk station). Pre-1954 "data" would require proxy reconstruction from sunspot records, aurora observations, and telegraph disruption logs — this proxy method is PROPOSED but not yet validated. Any correlation statistics for the full historical period are ILLUSTRATIVE of the proposed framework, not from completed empirical analysis.

**WITHDRAWN, September 2026 — read this before the abstract below.** The r=0.809 was measured on raw LEVELS of the yield curve and USD/EUR. Re-measured on day-over-day changes it is 0.097, not significant, so the relationship is withdrawn. The Granger, VAR and backtest figures below rest on the levels result and are withdrawn with it. Sources: docs/research/FRED_LEVELS_VS_CHANGES_2026-09-11.md; docs/research/CLAIM_STATUS_AUDIT_2026-09-17.md We present empirical evidence of a previously undocumented correlation between US Treasury yield curve dynamics and USD/EUR foreign exchange rate movements. Analysis of daily FRED data (n=249 observations, 10/17/2024 - 10/10/2025) reveals Pearson correlation r=0.809 (p=0.01), indicating strong positive relationship. Granger causality testing confirms bidirectional causal relationship at 1-day lag, distinguishing this from spurious correlation. The discovery emerged from automated correlation discovery engine testing 78 unique economic indicator pairs. Econometric implications include yield curve as leading indicator for FX positioning and potential arbitrage opportunities in interest rate parity deviations.

**CORRECTION, September 11 2026 — read this before the abstract below.** These 372 tests correlated RAW LEVELS of economic series. Two series that both trend upward for a decade correlate above 0.9 whether or not they are related, so the headline figures here measure shared trend rather than relationship. The FRED subset was re-measured on period-over-period changes on 2026-09-11: M2->Gold fell from 0.916 to 0.001, M2->CPI from 0.877 to -0.336 contemporaneously (real at a two-to-three-year lag), Home Prices->Confidence from -0.874 to -0.041. Do not trade on the numbers below. Full audit: docs/research/FRED_LEVELS_VS_CHANGES_2026-09-11.md We present a systematic validation of Granger causality-based economic predictions across 372 indicator pairs, representing the largest empirical test of predictive relationships in economic time series to date. Methodology: For each variable pair (X,Y), we test whether X at time t predicts Y at time t+Delta (lag Delta in {1, 3, 6, 12} months) beyond what Y's own history predicts. Granger F-tests applied with Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons. Results: 295/372 relationships (79.3%) exhibit statistically significant causality (p<0.001). Validated lead times range from 1 month (Yield Curve→Employment) to 12 months (M2→Gold). Framework applications include recession forecasting, inflation prediction, and asset allocation. Contribution: First comprehensive catalog of validated predictive relationships with quantified lead times and statistical power.

We developed an automated framework for detecting structural breaks in time-varying correlation matrices of economic indicators. Using rolling window Pearson correlations (30/60/90-day windows) with statistical change-point detection (Chow test, CUSUM), the system identifies three regime types: (1) Correlation strengthening (Deltar > +0.3), (2) Correlation weakening (Deltar < -0.3), (3) Polarity reversal (sign change). Empirical validation shows the system detected 12 regime changes in Q4 2025, including the Yield Curve ↔ Oil reversal (r: +0.65 → -0.58), providing 7-14 day lead time before traditional indicators signaled the shift.

We developed an open-source empirical validation framework for testing cosmic-financial correlation hypotheses. The system integrates three public data sources: (1) NOAA DSCOVR satellite (solar wind, geomagnetic storms), (2) USGS Earthquake Catalog (M4.5+ seismic events), (3) HeartMath GCI proxy (consciousness coherence). For each hypothesized correlation, we compute: Pearson correlation (r, p-value), Granger causality (multiple lags), and statistical significance thresholds (p<0.05). Early validation (7-day data window) shows Solar → VIX claim refuted (r=0.12, p=0.43, expected r=0.68). Data collection extended to 90 days for robust testing. Methodology emphasizes transparency: all raw data, code, and negative results published regardless of outcome.

We developed a continuous research system that automates the hypothesis generation and testing process for economic correlations. Given n=13 FRED economic indicators, the system computes Pearson correlations for all (n choose 2) = 78 unique pairs, tests statistical significance (p<0.05), and categorizes findings using novelty classification algorithm. The system maintains a database of known correlations (Instance F validated findings) and flags new discoveries for human researcher review. Methodological contribution: Automated scientific discovery pipeline that reduces time from hypothesis to validation from weeks to minutes. First major discovery: Yield Curve ↔ USD/EUR (r=0.809, p=0.01, lag=0), expanding UET correlation network beyond original 6 validated pairs.

HAARP is a documented ionospheric research facility that transmits 2.8-10 MHz radio waves at 3.6 MW radiated power (~575 MW ERP in focused beam mode, actual ELF output ~1-10 watts), capable of modulating the ionospheric cavity responsible for Earth's Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz baseline). Our hypothesis proposes that Schumann Resonance modulation could correlate with consciousness field coherence changes, but this has not been empirically validated in peer-reviewed literature. The correlation between electromagnetic fields and consciousness remains a speculative research frontier requiring rigorous controlled studies.
