We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Forecast-style content carries published invalidation conditions and may prove wrong; our track record, including misses, is public. You are responsible for your own decisions — consult a licensed professional for advice about your circumstances.
You need an account for paid features. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to subscribe.
Paid tiers bill through Stripe (or on-chain purchase for lifetime passes) at the price shown when you subscribe. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled within the trial window. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access runs to the end of the paid period.
PROFESSIONAL carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are within 30 days of your first payment on that tier, email support and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request, and we will not make you sit through a retention offer. It applies once, to the first payment — it is there so the decision to try the tier is reversible, not as a way to use it free indefinitely.
Outside that guarantee, and except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started — if something went wrong, contact support and we will look at it like humans.
Subscriptions are per-person (PROFESSIONAL adds a client-use license for sharing composed briefs with your own clients). Don't resell, scrape, mass-redistribute, or hammer the platform's AI features beyond the posted limits; don't use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Live data comes from third-party sources (NASA, EIA, FRED, Yahoo Finance, GDELT, CoinGecko and others). When a feed is down we show "no data" rather than a fabricated number, but we cannot guarantee any feed's accuracy or uptime, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
The platform, its reports, and its design are ours or our licensors'. Analyses generated for you (Tailored Analysis, briefs composed under your letterhead) are yours to use in your own work under your tier's license.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date is acceptance.
